Another terrible pass. Another costly error. For the visitors this time. Yuste was the one who attempted to play the ball back to his goalkeeper only to completely mishit his pass. Rooney who was alert and in a good position ran in and beat Vale to the ball before passing into an open Apollon Limassol goal. A lovely invitation back into this contest for Everton
